McLean-based Contractor is Big Winner of Justice Contract
April 25, 2008—McLean, VA. The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has selected Circle Solutions, Inc. (Circle) as its new contractor to provide a wide range of conference planning and logistical support services for the Office of Justice Programs (OJP).
The contract was awarded for 1 year plus options through the GSA AIMS Schedule as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), with an annual cap of $12M. From preliminary research to analyzing participant evaluations, Circle will provide complete planning and logistical management of conferences and meetings. Circle’s comprehensive solution also encompasses a broad array of complementary services, including writing, editing, graphic design, database development, Web design, and evaluation. “We offered OJP a highly qualified and effective project staff supported by extensive in-house resources and a strong small business partner. It is clear that we proposed an optimal approach to accomplishing all the tasks, coupled with the essential organizational experience and outstanding record of past performance that OJP required,” commented Circle’s President, Caroline Y. Watler.
